As part of the Khoodeelaar! manifesto for Bethnal Green and Bow and against the Crossrail hole assaults plot and pretexts, Khoodeelaar! in this series of factual essays will be reporting on the rise in poverty in Tower Hamlets, East London in the past 40 years

The rising poverty in Tower Hamlets is of course occurring simultaneously with the rise in the numbers of school leavers leaving school without the necessary skills. They of course are leaving school without education. But even skills are scarce. Why?

Because there has been the agenda of creating lack of ability and skills on the parts of these particular thousands of school leavers so that they will not be able to claim equality or rights in the ‘market place’.

They will be condemned by their own lack skills and abilities to rot away.

This is degeneration at its most obvious and most directly correlated with the existing institutions and agencies and groups that ought to have done the opposite and created the generations of the school leavers with skills and abilities to compete in the market place…
